For your business
Business Content Essentials
A manageable content rhythm for local service businesses and small teams.
Monthly content calendar; one consolidated revision round per batch
For one business and one primary audience. You supply approved facts, brand assets, photos, and usable footage, and approve before publishing. Filming, posting, community management, advertising, extensive animation, and unlimited revisions are excluded. Content production does not guarantee business results.
A focused creative project
Short Video Package
Turn footage you already have into useful short-form content.
Build a Canva template, simplify content planning, improve drafting prompts, or develop a first draft. No coding, custom software, or complex automation. Do not share confidential employer, customer, or candidate information. Recording only by explicit agreement.
Meet your creative partner
Hi, I’m MJ Mauney.
My background spans talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, employer branding, and creative communications. Clearleaf Studio brings that perspective to practical career and content work, one thoughtfully scoped project at a time.
AI may support drafting and production. Human review and editing remain part of the work—not an automated content factory.
A look at the approach
Specific beats vague.
Fictional example · Résumé demonstration, not client work
Before
“Responsible for scheduling interviews.”
After
“Coordinated interview schedules across hiring teams and candidates, maintaining clear updates when plans changed.”
Only include contributions you can verify. LinkedIn, business-content, video, and coaching samples are being prepared; no client results are implied.
A few things worth knowing.
Do I need a discovery call?
Straightforward career and coaching inquiries can proceed without a mandatory call. Business inquiries are reviewed first; a 15-minute fit call may be offered before a written scope and invoice.
How does payment work?
The proposed structure is 50% to book one-time projects, with the balance due before final editable files are released. Monthly content is paid before the service month; coaching before the session. Final cancellation, refund, revision, and rescheduling policies require owner review.
What should I share initially?
Your goals, intended direction, and desired timeline are enough to start. Do not send passwords, identity documents, sensitive financial details, or confidential employer or customer information. Résumé uploads are not needed for the initial inquiry.
Are the free planning resources ready?
The Career Clarity Checklist and Plan Your Next Week of Content worksheet are planned for launch. Resource signup and email delivery are not connected yet, so this page does not collect email addresses.
